In adulthood, I was diagnosed with ADHD and later discovered I’m actually AuDHD (autism + ADHD). That one shift in understanding reshaped everything. I realized my nervous system wasn’t broken or failing me, it was different. Neurodivergent nervous systems are literally wired differently, and when you pair that with trauma, you often get a naturally sensitive system that can also be hypervigilant. Inner work and lifestyle changes felt ineffective, not because I wasn’t trying hard enough or doing the right things, but because my body wasn’t in a state where it felt safe enough to integrate change.
It took time (and a lot of trial and error) to find the modality that worked for my unique wiring. Spinal Flow Technique became the key. This gentle, hands-on approach works directly with the nervous system to release stored stress, restore flow, and reconnect the body to its natural rhythm of healing. For me, it both relieved physical pain, and created enough safety in my body to finally go deeper, to uncover and heal root causes, and to experience truly effective inner transformation.
Now, I offer this work to women, neurodivergent adults and children, CPTSD survivors, people in recovery, and their families. My approach is trauma-informed, sensory-safe, and personalized to each client. If you’re longing to feel safe, calm, and at home in your own skin… to find pain relief, mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of wellbeing — I’m here to help.
You don’t have to live in survival mode.
